Twenty years ago, most employment applications were actually FAXED into the hiring manager. The online world was still relatively new in this arena... and Carla Bainbridge had an idea. She wanted to find a way to identify high potential hourly employees, using an online platform. She knew that there were specific characteristics and behaviours that led to hiring success.
In 2000, Carla created an assessment, and system — and launched her business, helping organizations better perform by hiring the very best employees. She was the first to really utilize this new “online” way to source and hire employees.
